What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Partner , you will:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow your territory

• Build strong relationships with business owners and partners

• Provide businesses with benefit solutions that create real value

• Continuously learn, grow, and develop your leadership abilities

• Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of success in sales OR leadership

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Health and Life Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain — license reimbursement available )
