Eliot's AIT (Adult Intensive Team) is dedicated to providing quality behavioral health treatment and support in our innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program. The AIT Clinician is responsible for leading and maintaining therapeutic groups, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and engaging in weekly sessions with clients to work toward treatment goals. This role involves working with adults, running therapeutic groups, providing individual sessions, and coordinating care with other providers. The ideal candidate will have a history of working with groups and will thrive in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based therapy and interventions focused on problem‑solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement to clients and families Offer therapy in the office, virtually, in the community, or at client residences based on client preferences and needs as well as clinical direction Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, utilizing a team approach to treatment Conduct and complete evaluations and assessments of clients Ensure active client involvement in the treatment planning process, embracing their preferences Provide individual therapy to clients and families within the CBHC framework Establish effective working relationships with clients, ensuring client safety and fostering well‑being Qualifications Requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or other related area Independent Clinical Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, preferred Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, ability to develop short‑term interventions to support clients/families, and engagement strategies Must be able to quickly establish rapport with a wide range of clinical presentations; knowledge of the vast array of community resources and how to access them Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm Salary Annual Salary: $65,000 USD – $70,000 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr Eliot Community Human Services
