*Description*
The Inside Sales Support Specialist is responsible for increasing Medicare membership. The Sales Specialist utilizes their expertise to effectively assist prospects and members through the sales cycle to ensure they are recommending the best product for their needs. This driven individual meets and exceeds their sales goals while being compliant to ensure the best overall experience for our future members. This year's AEP will be pretty busy, they expect to have more than enough inbound calls for this team. They will be taking anywhere from 15 to 60 calls a day, 15 would be low which would mean they are talking with someone for a sale, maybe taking half hour or 46 minutes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1-3 years of experience within Health Plan sales, broker relationship and/or inside sales
Current NPN License with active state
Skills & Abilities
Excellent customer service skills in a Contact Center environment
Inbound and Outbound call experience
Clear understanding on compliance guidelines within the health insurance industry
Strong documentation and writing skills
Polite and professional verbal communication
Sales and prospecting skills
Ability to meet deadline

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $34.78 - $36.26/hr.
