As an **Accounting Analyst I – Revenue Accounting & Analysis,** you will play a meaningful role in supporting core accounting functions across the organization. You will contribute to financial analysis and reporting that informs management decision-making, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation. Curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to improve how work gets done are key to success in this role. **Responsibilities / Expectations*** Perform assigned month-end activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, SEC reporting, and variance analysis* Prepare, maintain, and enhance schedules, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders* Support internal and external audit requests by providing accurate documentation and clear explanations* Collaborate as a team member on accounting and finance-related projects* Process and analyze large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automation* Perform other duties as assigned **Education / Years of Experience*** **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field with a strong accounting focus and a minimum of one (1) year of accounting experience in the energy industry or successful completion of an accounting internship.* **Preferred:** Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential or actively pursuing CPA certification.* **Alternative Consideration:** Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field with a strong accounting focus may be considered. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*** Demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as a top priority* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel* Communicates effectively and collaborates across teams and departments* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen#LI-AB1 We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
