Precision Metal Stamping & Welding Technician

The Malco Group in Minnesota seeks a dedicated metal fabrication technician to set up stamping presses, dies, and feed lines, perform changeovers, and ensure first-piece quality before production runs. You will operate MIG, TIG, and spot welding equipment, inspect dies and presses daily, and perform routine lubrication and safety checks to maintain production schedules.
