Job Description Attorney Austin‑TX Full time Position A relocation package would be offered if someone resides in Texas(with personal injury and Texas law experience) and would like to move to Austin. Responsibilities Manage an active litigation docket with paralegal and staff support. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions. Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as lead or co-counsel. Evaluate case value and participate in settlement strategy and negotiation. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and adjusters. Collaborate closely with managing partners and senior trial attorneys on litigation strategy. Qualifications and Experience Required: Juris Doctor (JD) and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license. Between 0 - 6 years of personal injury litigation experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Competencies Excellent research and writing skills. Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done".
