Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

Urban League of Rhode Island

The Urban League of Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated individual for a case management role focused on assisting families experiencing homelessness through its Permanent Supportive Housing Program. This job involves directly supporting families in accessing essential services and improving their self-sufficiency while ensuring successful relationships with landlords. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in human services or equivalent experience, along with strong organizational and customer service skills. Bilingual/ASL skills are a plus.
