Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems, repair, and maintenance practices
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; van driving experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently across various environments
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose issues using tools such as an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Collaborate with team members to build and design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all service operations
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices
• Keep your service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized

Pay: $28.00 - $44.00 per hour
