We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Absolut Care of Aurora Park in East Aurora, NY. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, while providing exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high-quality service

• Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and training as needed

• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards

• Develop and manage budgets and inventory for supplies and equipment

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., hospitality, healthcare) is preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management

• Proven leadership and supervision skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Familiarity with infection control policies and procedures

• Must be available at least one weekend per month
