Junior Accountant

Responsibilities Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in accounting entries. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review. Support the accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments. Help reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity. Assist in budget preparation and provide variance analysis as needed. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial transactions. Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
