The Role

This is a senior architecture position for someone who wants to design the solution and stay close while it gets built. You will partner with executives, product leaders, and engineering teams to turn strategy into production-ready platforms. Expect to advise, design, prototype, mentor, and deliver.

What You Will Do

• Architect and deliver scalable enterprise workflow and cloud-native platforms from early discovery through production
• Lead hands-on build of core components, APIs, integrations, and automation patterns
• Define reference architectures, engineering standards, and governance models teams will adopt
• Guide technical decisions from proof of concept to launch, balancing speed, security, reliability, and business value
• Shape AI-ready platform design, including intelligent workflows and responsible adoption
• Advise senior business and technology leaders on modernization, including roadmaps, tradeoffs, and business cases
• Lead rapid prototyping and innovation initiatives
• Mentor engineers and architects through design and code reviews

What You Bring

• 10+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture
• 5+ years architecting enterprise workflow, xhyhwjd ITSM, or ESM platforms at scale
• Proven experience with large platforms, integrations, APIs, and automation
• Strong consulting skills: discovery, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment
• Comfort moving between an executive briefing and a deep technical working session
• A hands-on builder mindset

Preferred

• Client-facing advisory or transformation program experience
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, data platforms, DevOps, or cloud modernization
• Record of mentoring, speaking, or leading innovation efforts
