Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders in clients. \n
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting these techniques to suit individual client contexts. \n
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, fostering a strong support system. \n
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on observable outcomes and feedback. \n
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for seamless integrated care. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, integrating new findings into practice to optimize client care. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations. \n
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. \n
- Act as an advocate for clients' mental health needs, working to reduce stigma surrounding mood disorders and promoting access to essential services. \n
Your role will focus primarily on clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will work with a diverse group of individuals, including those from underserved populations such as the homeless, refugees, and domestic abuse survivors, providing therapeutic support that respects their unique experiences and challenges.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . \n
- Possession of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ diverse backgrounds and challenges. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance a caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively. \n

- Experience in providing telehealth services or working in a remote environment is highly beneficial. \n
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and experience working with individuals facing severe life challenges. \n
- Familiarity with utilizing various digital therapeutic tools to enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy. \n

- Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
