Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of counsel experience centered on technology transactions, especially negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, APAs, and SPAs.
• We look for excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong attention to detail.
• We need solid analytical ability and the capability to convert legal expertise into practical feedback for AI systems.

• We will ask you to create, review, and improve contract negotiation playbooks based on varied real-world scenarios and company needs.
• You will review and evaluate AI responses to contract situations, offering expert input to strengthen model performance and output accuracy.
• You will develop objective assessment frameworks and scoring criteria to measure AI performance on contract-related tasks consistently and rigorously.
