This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong systems, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Champion food safety programs: FSMA, SQF, HACCP, SSOPs, HARPC Lead audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and internal audits Partner with Production, Sanitation, and R&D teams to ensure consistent quality Manage corrective actions, documentation, and process improvements Supervise and develop QA & Sanitation teams What We’re Looking For 10+ years Food Safety/QA leadership in food manufacturing Recall experience strongly preferred SQF/BRC/HACCP/GMP certifications a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus If you’re passionate about food safety and ready to make an impact with a respected manufacturer, we’d love to connect.
