Role Description The Associate role at Karada Pharma is a full-time, on-site position based in Richmond, VA. The Associate will support daily wholesale and distribution operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and documentation related to pharmaceutical products. This role involves communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery, resolving basic issues, and maintaining compliance with company procedures. The Associate will assist in data entry, record keeping, and reporting to support logistics, quality, and customer service activities. Qualifications Ability to manage basic administrative and operational tasks, including order processing, documentation, and data entry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support inventory tracking and accurate record keeping. Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare products, or willingness to learn industry standards and terminology. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and comfort working with databases or ERP systems. Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and adherence to procedures, with a focus on compliance and product quality. Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA, collaborate with colleagues, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
