Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for a defined set of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales motions, from identifying new opportunities to closing complex deals across Cisco's portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Revenue Growth: Expand existing client relationships and identify new sales opportunities to deliver consistent year-over-year growth.
• Elevate Customer Success: Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Execute Strategic Territory Planning: Strengthen Cisco's market visibility through rigorous account planning, accurate forecasting, and consistent quota attainment.
• Bridge Internal & External Teams: Serve as the vital link between customers and internal Cisco cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Pipeline Management: Manage short, mid, and long-term pipeline health to ensure predictable business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technology sales or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record in building and executing territory strategies, including accurate forecasting, consistent quota attainment, dynamic presentation skills, and short/mid/long-term pipeline management.
• Strong market insight required; technical aptitude and the ability to articulate complex solutions preferred. Proven track record of delivering business value and building deep customer relationships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to position end-to-end solutions and articulate Cisco strategies to senior customer executives.
