Specialist Project Management (Hybrid)

This hybrid role provides operational and administrative support for clinical drug substance development projects within the External Capabilities group. The position coordinates vendor activities, manages purchase orders and invoices, tracks key performance indicators, and supports logistics for external CDMO partnerships, requiring coordination across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders and process invoices for external CDMO partners
• Prepare requests for proposals and track key performance indicators
• Maintain file repositories and review routine reports
• Support shipping logistics and timely product delivery
• Collaborate remotely with internal teams and overseas partners across time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related scientific discipline
• Basic understanding of synthetic chemistry, pharmaceutical development, or related scientific field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processes
• Prior experience in project coordination, vendor management, procurement, or logistics (preferred)

Compensation: $87,300–$137,400 base
