-Limpiar y desinfectar áreas comunes, amenidades y baños.
-Barrer, trapear, aspirar y quitar el polvo.
-Limpiar vidrios, espejos, puertas y superficies de alto contacto.
-Retirar la basura y mantener las áreas de basura limpias.
-Reponer los suministros de limpieza y productos de los baños.
-Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas.
-Seguir los horarios de limpieza asignados y los procedimientos de la propiedad.
-Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, daño o situación de seguridad. REQUISITOS -Ser una persona confiable y puntual.
-Ser trabajador(a) y detallista.
-Experiencia previa en limpieza o mantenimiento de áreas preferida.
-Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
-Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas de limpieza.
-Tener transporte confiable.
