CFS is currently engaged with a client to identify a Staff Accountant for their growing accounting department.

- Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and company policies, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger and financial records
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain accurate cash balances and reporting
- Support the CFO and Accounting Manager in the preparation, analysis, and distribution of financial statements, management reports, and other key accounting deliverables
- Assist with annual audits by gathering supporting documentation, preparing audit schedules, responding to auditor requests, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient audit process
- Understanding of accounting principles
- The Staff Accountant must have their bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of Excel, including creating spreadsheets. Pivot tables is a plus!
Salary is $60,000-68,000
