SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Shift Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time Shift Supervisor positions. Location: Case Western Reserve University - 11473 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106. Requirement: Previous supervisory experience preferred. 1- 2 years of customer service experience preferred. Perks: Willing to train! Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential duties and responsibilities include providing training and creating work schedules, evaluating the performance of workers, preparing production or sales reports for management, acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off, and performing other duties as assigned.
