Project Manager
A smaller, tight-knit general contractor focused on traditional commercial construction including industrial, manufacturing, clean rooms, healthcare, financial, and religious projects. The company has built a strong reputation through repeat, negotiated work and maintains a stable, relationship-driven client base.
Job Description
- Manage ground-up and TI/gut/renovation commercial projects
- Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close-out
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
- Act as the primary client-facing contact throughout the project
- Ensure quality, safety, and timelines are consistently met

The Successful Applicant
- Experience across both ground-up and tenant improvement projects
- Strong communication skills; comfortable in a client-facing role
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and/or Primavera
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
