Maintenance Technician-Apartment Community

Pay: $21–$22 per hour, based on experience. What You’ll Do: Complete general apartment and property maintenance, including basic plumbing and basic electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and work orders Respond to resident maintenance requests with patience, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset. Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every third week and respond to after-hours maintenance needs when scheduled. Help maintain the overall community, including trash removal, property cleanup, grounds support, and other general maintenance needs. Assist with cleanup and property needs following storms, hurricanes, and severe weather, including picking up debris and helping the team get the community back in order. Pitch in wherever needed and work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained community for our residents. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general repairs, and property maintenance is needed. Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is a plus, but we’re also open to candidates with transferable maintenance or handyman experience. You must have reliable transportation and your own basic tools and be able to participate in the every-third-week on-call rotation.
