In-Home Caregiver – Franklin, MI

CareOne Senior Care is currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized in-home care for clients in Franklin, Michigan . If you're passionate about helping seniors remain safe and independent in their own homes while working for a supportive and flexible employer, we'd love to meet you.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one care that enhances each client's quality of life through compassionate support and daily assistance.

Position Overview

This role offers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships while delivering individualized care in a home setting. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or looking to grow your career in home care, CareOne Senior Care provides the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating and hydration

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization

• Assist with walking, mobility, and safe transfers

• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan

• Accompany clients to appointments or community outings when needed

• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition

• Complete required visit documentation and care notes

Scheduling Options

We offer flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle, including:

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Live-in caregiver assignments

• Both short-term and long-term client placements

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour

• Couples care assignments available with pay up to $22.50 per hour

• Weekly pay with next-day pay options

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Current vehicle insurance and registration

• Ability to perform the physical duties of caregiving

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one before client placement
