The Salesman will engage with customers, generating leads, and closing sales within the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) segment. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and involves using CRM software to track sales activities. The role requires effective collaboration within the sales team to manage accounts and deliver excellent customer service. No travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote products
• Generate and qualify leads to build a prospective customer pipeline
• Close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed targets
• Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
• Utilize CRM software to track and report sales activities
