About The Role The role serves as the primary engine for outbound pipeline generation, identifying target accounts and engaging decision-makers to secure qualified meetings for the sales team. Operating within a metrics-driven SaaS environment, the position involves executing high-volume multichannel outreach to accelerate revenue growth and establish initial product interest. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume daily outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ideal customer profile criteria to ensure high pipeline quality Book qualified introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives Conduct account research using ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach to tailor messaging to specific technical pain points Maintain immaculate CRM hygiene by logging all prospect interactions, notes, and pipeline stages accurately Collaborate with sales management and marketing teams to test new messaging variants and target verticals What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of B2B sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing experience in the technology sector Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the resilience to handle rejection in a target-driven setting Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred Bonus: Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo #J-18808-Ljbffr
