About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Portland, Oregon, 97086!

• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 3×12-hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities :

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric Med-Surg/Telemetry patients.
• Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications, including insulin and heparin protocols.
• Manage IVs, PICC lines, ports, central lines, and blood products.
• Care for patients with bowel obstructions, renal failure, and GI conditions.
• Perform wound care, tracheostomy care (preferred), feeding tube care, and ostomy care.
• Respond to rapid response/code situations.
• Float to other Med-Surg units and Providence sister facilities as needed.

• Travel nursing experience required.
• Active Compact RN License (must be in hand at submission).
