• 1+ years in restaurant experience of a combination of busser, assisting servers and running food from kitchen to guest tables.
• The flexibility of multi-tasking
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
• New Mexico Food Handler Certification
• This position pays $11.14 hr. plus tips.

What would my job responsibilities be?

Using your genuine and authentic personality you will provide exceptional service assisting both the kitchen and the servers in relaying and running food to the guest of the bar and restaurant conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality.

• Our Food Runners are committed team players and will deliver with passion the service and partnership that is needed to assist the kitchen and servers with delivery of the food and drinks.
• Constantly learning to expand your knowledge of food products and always looking at ways to make things better.
• As a committed team player, the Food Runner will assist Servers with additional side work, greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess.
• Being aware and present you will anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately deliver the food to our guest ensuring that the service is seamless.
