Job Description Location: UCHealth Memorial Hospital North - Colorado Springs, CO Department: Emergency Department Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Salary: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend Contract Options: Local RN Traveler contract options for residents within 75 miles; 13 week assignments with extension options. Minimum Requirements Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges Minimum 1 year of RN experience ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATC; BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date Responsibilities Provide top of scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process Apply multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice Precept and mentor new staff in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment Contribute to patient safety and quality at the point of care Deliver emergency department level of care, including level 1 trauma designation; meet BCEN certification standards as part of evidence‑based care models Benefits Health and well‑being: Medical, dental, vision; 24/7 mental health support; discounted gym memberships; free Care.com membership; voluntary benefits (accident, critical illness, group legal plan, identity theft protection, pet, auto, home, discount programs).
