Recruiting ManagerThe Recruiting Manager leads the day-to-day execution of talent acquisition activities, with a primary focus on Driver recruitment, while managing a team of recruiters and coordinators. This role is responsible for full-cycle Driver and general recruiting operations, supporting employer branding efforts, maintaining talent pipelines, and using recruitment data to drive performance. The Recruiting Manager works closely with operations leaders and hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience, while reporting into HR leadership on recruitment strategy and results.Type: In-OfficeLocation: Knoxville, TN (Corporate)Salary: $58,000-$78,000/annuallyKey ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Execution & PlanningOwn the recruitment process through year-one onboarding for assigned locations/teams.Help implement the recruitment strategy set by HR leadership, tailoring execution to business priorities and seasonal hiring cycles.Partner with local and regional business leaders to identify staffing needs and build proactive recruiting plans.Support workforce planning efforts by supplying accurate hiring data and forecasts to leadership.Assist operations with maintaining a sustainable hiring forecast for assigned areas.Recruiting Operations & Process ExcellenceManage full-cycle recruiting operations for drivers and non-drivers, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience.Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes, workflows, and service delivery for greater efficiency.Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.Priority & Hard-to-Fill Role SupportSupport recruitment for priority, high-impact, and hard-to-fill roles within assigned scope.Build talent pipelines through local partnerships, networking, and strategic sourcing.Advise hiring managers on interview practices and share talent market insights.Talent Attraction, Branding & TechnologyPromote and reinforce the Highway Transport brand — Our Promise.
