People & Culture Intern

Role Overview Join Logitech’s People & Culture, Ethics, and Compliance Team as a People and Culture Intern. Support initiatives that build inclusive cultural practices and uphold compliance standards across the organization. Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end project management for key compliance initiatives, from risk assessment and stakeholder collaboration to policy implementation and audit support. Collaborate with team members across various departments, including Legal Compliance. Assist with risk assessment to identify emerging ethics or compliance risks. Support audit planning by creating checklists aligned with internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices. Conduct research and review company data to support new internal initiatives and recommendations. Key Qualifications Commitment to maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Excellent organization, time‑management, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines. Research and analytical capabilities for reviewing policy documents and interpreting workforce data. Collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Creativity and interest in developing innovative approaches to engage employees on ethics and compliance topics. Education Requirements Candidates pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Ethics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field in their Junior or Senior year. Compensation Hourly rate typically between $23.00 – $24.00, commensurate with the degree program.
