Job Title: Maintenance Technician/Leasing Agent
Hourly Rate : $20.00/hour - $25.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time - 20 to 24 hours a week

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with storage unit make-ready procedures
- Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings
- Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approval
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with leasing agent role when needed
Qualifications:
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Previous experience in self-storage facility maintenance and/or leasing preferred
- General knowledge about building equipment
- Handle requests in a timely manner
- Good safety habits
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to speak to customers and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
