Speech Pathologist

As a Speech Pathologist you will evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges. Your responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, and tracking patient progress to ensure effective outcomes. You will document performance and celebrate patient victories, making a meaningful impact on their communication skills. Position Overview As a Speech Pathologist, you will evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges. Your responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, and tracking patient progress to ensure effective outcomes. You will document performance and celebrate patient victories, making a meaningful impact on their communication skills. Qualifications include current licensure or certification per state regulations, successful completion of the CCC certification, and CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days). A master’s degree is preferred, or a bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.
