Sales Director / Commercial Lead Germany

We are now looking for a highly driven Sales Director / Commercial Lead to establish and scale our presence in Germany. This is not a traditional account management role — it is an opportunity to build a market from the ground up, win strategic partnerships, shape our commercial footprint and become a key driver of our international expansion. What you'll do Take full ownership of C Wire’s commercial expansion in Germany Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the German market Identify, approach and win key advertisers, agencies and strategic partners Open new business opportunities and rapidly build a strong sales pipeline Develop long-term relationships with major agency groups and brands Position C Wire as a leading cookieless advertising solution in the market Negotiate and close high-value commercial partnerships Work closely with leadership to shape the German growth strategy Act as the face of C Wire in the German market Lay the foundation for future team growth and eventually build and lead a local commercial team Consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets What you'll bring A true hunter mentality with a strong drive to win new business Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build something from the ground up Proven ability to open markets and create commercial traction quickly Strong ownership mentality — you take responsibility and make things happen Excellent network within the German advertising and agency landscape Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic and media ecosystems Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment High energy, resilience and persistence Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with a highly execution‑oriented mindset Natural ability to inspire trust and build long‑term partnerships Leadership potential with the ambition to grow and lead a future team Your background 5+ years of successful sales experience in digital advertising, AdTech or media sales Strong track record of building pipelines and closing new business Demonstrated success in growing revenue in competitive markets Experience working with media agencies and direct advertisers Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital media ecosystems Experience in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment is a strong plus Fluent in German and English University degree, FH degree or equivalent professional experience What’s in it for you Flexible working hours and remote work options A dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast‑growing environment with minimal bureaucracy The opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling the German market High level of ownership and direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory Significant personal and professional growth opportunities within an expanding international business An uncapped bonus structure that directly rewards performance and business impact The opportunity to build and lead your own commercial team as the business grows A highly collaborative and ambitious team culture where ideas and initiative are valued Ready to join us?
