Technical Marketing Coordinator

Supporting cross-functional teams in the AI Innovation department, the remote Technical Marketing Program Coordinator - AI Initiatives will drive the end-to-end delivery of the Content-Agent Proof of Concept project, define data-source requirements, and curate detailed documentation to ensure project success. Key responsibilities Drive the end-to-end delivery of the Content-Agent Proof of Concept project, ensuring milestones are met on schedule Define and document data-source requirements, validating inputs and coordinating timely handoffs Coordinate cross-team efforts across IT, Content Marketing, and Partner Sales & Operations to maintain alignment and transparency Required qualifications Proven experience in technical project or program coordination within technology or product environments Technical fluency to understand, document, and communicate AI/agent-based solutions, data pipelines, and system integrations Comfort working with structured content formats such as markdown and technical documentation Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences Operational rigor in scheduling, dependency tracking, and risk management
