Key responsibilities include performing all phases of the report development process including participating in client meetings to understand needs and develop requirements, performing data research and data discovery, data sourcing including data automation, creating report visualizations, and managing report deployment including user on-boarding. Job expectations include developing, maintaining, or enhancing components of large reporting platforms to deliver comprehensive end-to-end reporting solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops, and maintains innovative automated reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Business Intelligence tools including MicroStrategy and TableauDesigns, develops, and maintains automated data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes from various database platforms, storing data in 'Fit for Use' relational tablesAnalyzes disparate database sources including relational structures, dimensional data models, and cubesDesigns and builds relational data models to support the development of actionable reports, dashboards, and scorecardsPartners with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specificationsCreates and maintains required standard documentation including metadata, detailed workflows documenting program, and desktop proceduresWorks collaboratively in a cross-functional team, learns from colleagues, and provides routine updates on calls related to projectsRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 year direct experience with such applications as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL & SASMinimum of 3 years of data reporting experienceDesired QualificationsExperience with LoanIQ, Data and DatabaseSkillsAutomationData MiningData Quality ManagementData VisualizationReportingAgile PracticesAttention to DetailDevOps PracticesProduction SupportTechnical DocumentationBusiness AcumenBusiness Process AnalysisContinuous ImprovementInnovative ThinkingQuality AssuranceMinimum Education RequirementHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
