ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

This is a night shift position with a 4x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:00).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in medical condition.
• Support and educate patients and their families regarding care plans and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
• Charge experience is highly preferred.
• Current New York State RN license required.
• Advanced certifications including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
• Experience with the Epic charting system is required.
