The focus is on practical application, improving sales processes, reporting, and operational efficiency rather than experimentation.Key responsibilities:- Design and deliver Salesforce solutions incorporating AI capabilities- Translate investment and operational priorities into technical execution- Support multiple portfolio companies with varying Salesforce maturity- Identify quick wins and establish scalable patterns across environmentsProfile:- Strong hands-on Salesforce technical experience (Apex, integrations, architecture)- Exposure to AI use cases within Salesforce (e.g. Einstein, Data Cloud, external models)- Experience working with private equity, VC, or multi-entity environments preferred- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-accountability settingsThis is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to investment teams and the opportunity to shape how AI is applied across a portfolio.
