About the Role

Imagine wrapping up your workweek every Thursday night and enjoying a three-day weekend—every week. At Keystone Mfg., we’re hiring a Precision Shafting Machine Technician to support production in our Shafting & Sprockets department. This position follows a steady Monday–Thursday schedule from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

You’ll contribute to the flow of parts through our department, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and stock is managed with care. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, apply careful measuring techniques, and keep a sharp eye on details that uphold our quality standards.

• Operate and support production equipment within the Shafting & Sprockets area
• Use measuring tools and follow specifications to verify accuracy
• Assist with filling orders and maintaining organized inventory
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly to keep work on track

• Team-oriented approach with strong organization and self-driven work habits
• Reliable attention to detail and solid measuring skills
• Prior experience as a laborer preferred
• Basic or beginner-level exposure to CNC machining is a plus
