The Role The DT Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking an experienced professional to lead complex, high-impact technology modernization initiatives. This role involves managing large-scale, cross‑functional projects from initiation through implementation to improve operational efficiency, security, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Define scope, objectives, budgets, and resource plans for multi-year IT modernization projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between IT leadership, business departments, and vendors to build consensus and drive decision-making. Execution: Oversee system integration, testing, deployment, and production readiness. Risk & Change Management: Identify project risks, lead organizational change management, and manage vendor relationships. Governance: Support project management best practices, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. Initiatives Include Modernization of enterprise telephony and communications platforms. Deployment of modern workplace collaboration tools. Enterprise Service Desk modernization within a shared ServiceNow environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND six (6) years of experience implementing and managing large-scale integrated information systems projects. Ten (10) years of experience implementing and managing integrated information systems projects. Desirable Qualifications 6+ years of experience in IT project or program management in a large, complex organization. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with enterprise telecommunications, contact center modernization, or ServiceNow implementations. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
