Warehouse & Logisitcs Coordinator

This isn't a typical warehouse position. You'll be trusted to manage the flow of materials throughout our operation, maintain inventory accuracy, support production, and represent the company professionally.

Warehouse & Logisitcs Coordinator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$22.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

Pack, verify, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Receive raw materials, packaging, and supplies; verify quantities and put away correctly.
Perform daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and complete assigned GMP sanitation tasks.
Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Deliver products to grocery stores, distributors, and foodservice customers approximately one day per week.
Verify deliveries, obtain required paperwork, and provide outstanding customer service.

Warehouse & Logisitcs Coordinator Qualifications:

Required:

Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in warehouse and refrigerated environments.
Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong math, counting, and basic computer skills.

Preferred:

Warehouse, logistics, inventory, delivery, or manufacturing experience.
Forklift experience.
Experience operating a box truck on a delivery route.
Grocery experience.
