Private Duty RN - $50/hr???? Locations: Greater Boston Area | Flexible SchedulingBoston Nursing Care & Consulting is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Private Duty Nursing team. We specialize in providing one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring high-quality, personalized nursing services that promote safety, dignity, and independence.Position Details:Pay: Starting at $50 per hourSchedule: Flexible shifts available (days, evenings, overnights, weekends)Setting: In-home, one-on-one patient careResponsibilities:Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of careMonitor and manage complex medical conditions, treatments, and medicationsCollaborate with families and the care team to support patient goalsDocument care accurately and in a timely mannerProvide compassionate support and advocacy for patients and familiesRequirements:Active Massachusetts RN license (unrestricted)Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (pediatrics, adult, or critical care a plus)Current CPR certification (BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred for certain cases)Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and communication skillsPrevious home health or private duty experience preferred, but not requiredWhy Join Us?Competitive pay starting at $50/hrFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive management and 24/7 on-call clinical supportOpportunities for professional growth and ongoing trainingMake a meaningful impact by providing one-on-one, quality care????
