Our Staffing Company is seeking support to our team with daily hiring efforts across a variety of manufacturing, warehouse, and administrative roles .
Experience with appointment scheduling, collections, customer service or telemarketing is always helpful!
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Recruiting Manager with daily hiring needs
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling Candidates for in-person interviews
- Source candidates through job postings, email outreach, and recruiting platforms (computer skills)
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, willing to train!!
- Assist with proper skill matching to ensure the best fit for each of our customers roles
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate candidate records
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Ability to follow direction while also thinking outside the box
- Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required we are willing to train
- A results-driven mindset with an understanding that increasing the total number of employees on assignment daily is essential to success and overall team growth
