Capital Sales Manager - SURGICAL ROBOTICS

We're partnering with a leading global MedTech company that is making a significant investment in surgical robotics and expanding its U.S. commercial sales organization.
The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.
They are seeking an experienced capital sales professional to drive adoption of their proprietary robotic platform for minimally invasive surgery. The ideal candidate has a strong record of selling disruptive capital technology into hospital systems and is skilled at engaging surgeons, C-suite executives, and other key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years direct medical device sales experience (capital equipment preferred)
Experience selling into the operating room or surgical suite
Call-points: Surgeons, Hospital staff and C-Suite administration
Compensation Details
$350K OTE
6-figure base salary and uncapped variable commissions on capital revenue
Company Car/Phone/All-expenses included
