Laboratory / Medical Lab Scientist (MT / MLS / MLT)
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Shift: 5x8 Nights
Schedule: Rotating Weekends
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Medical Lab Scientist / Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician to support a hospital laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory testing, ensure accurate reporting of results, and maintain compliance with laboratory quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing
- Analyze and verify test results accurately
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Follow laboratory safety and infection control procedures
- Support specimen collection, processing, and testing activities
- Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience
- ASCP Certification required:
- MT (Medical Technologist)
- MLS (Medical Laboratory Scientist)
- MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician)
- Strong laboratory testing and quality assurance knowledge
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
