Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida SLP License or eligibility (CFs and CCCs considered)
• ASHA certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year applicants
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
• Flexibility for travel or hybrid work arrangements a plus

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders in a diverse K–12 population
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Supervision available and actively provided for CFY candidates
