Sales and Marketing Specialist

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know. About the Role Looking for hands-on experience in marketing and sales while working for a nationally recognized brand? This role is a great fit for a college student or early-career professional who wants to build skills in marketing, sales, and community engagement. You’ll gain real-world business experience while enjoying flexible scheduling and the opportunity to represent Chick-fil-A in schools, businesses, and local events. What You’ll Do Develop and support local marketing campaigns that build community connections. Meet with schools, organizations, and businesses to present and grow catering and event opportunities. Be available during business hours (8 AM–5 PM) at least three days a week for sales visits and relationship-building. Coordinate and attend pop-ups, events, and catering activations. Manage social media content and promotional initiatives. Track sales and marketing performance to measure impact. What We’re Looking For Outgoing, professional, and comfortable talking with new people. Creative thinker with strong organizational skills. Available for a minimum of 3 business days per week (with flexibility around classes). Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
