Maintenance Director

Maintenance DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team! Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structure and contents of buildings and maintaining grounds.Responsibilities:Perform or direct others to perform ground maintenance activities such as moving and maintaining lawn, trimming shrubs and trees, removing weeds, raking, and disposing of leaves and refuse, shoveling snow from walks.Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operation, minimize operating cost, and effect greater utilization of labor and material, and remaining within budget.Review daily maintenance requests to determine work priorities.
