Overview Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking AT Mondelēz International. Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser responsible for meeting merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining and changing out displays. Serve as an ambassador for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize shelf visibility and construct promotional displays. Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including photographing displays at assigned stores. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines. Verify that Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed, and communicate any issues to the Mondelēz management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to guarantee efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude when representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of working independently. Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations; mileage will be reimbursed. Capacity to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical demands such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Must be able to travel within 25 miles of the primary location (Easton, PA) and the secondary location (Bethlehem, PA). Schedule Availability Required availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Location Primary: Easton, PA. Secondary: Bethlehem, PA. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation ranges from $19.43 to $21.43 based on relevant experience.
