This position plays a critical role in keeping our patients safe and our clinical team running smoothly.If you take pride in organization, cleanliness, and supporting a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you!Position OverviewThe Dental Sterilization Technician is responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing dental instruments and maintaining strict infection control standards in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipmentMaintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with protocolsPrepare and restock treatment rooms with necessary instruments and suppliesMonitor and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.)Properly dispose of biohazard materialsAssist clinical team with room turnover between patientsMaintain cleanliness and organization of sterilization and clinical areasFollow all infection control and safety guidelinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior dental or medical experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidateStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and team-orientedKnowledge of infection control protocols is a plusWhat We OfferSupportive, team-focused work environmentOn-the-job training and growth opportunitiesCompetitive pay (based on experience)Paid time off and holidays (for eligible employees)Opportunity to enter and grow within the dental fieldScheduleFull-time Monday – Thursday (Every weekend is 3 days long!)We look forward to meeting you!
