Join our dynamic Quality Control Laboratory team as a Spec 1, Quality Control, where you will make a tangible impact on product safety and quality through microbiological testing and data analysis. [Responsibilities]

- Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products, as well as stability samples
- Collect, analyze, and maintain environmental samples in accordance with site procedures
- Compile, review, and trend testing data to support laboratory deliverables
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring audit readiness at all times
- Order and manage laboratory supplies, reagents, and materials
- Support completion of protocols, change notifications, deviation waivers, and project tasks under supervision
- Execute test method and equipment validations with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate laboratory logbooks and records following Good Documentation Practices
- Clean and organize laboratory areas and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and hazardous waste management procedures
- Support investigations and corrective action implementation as needed

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Bachelor's degree in Science, majoring in Biology or Microbiology
- 1-3 years of relevant laboratory or quality control experience
- Proficiency in microbiological testing and data compilation
- Strong understanding of lab safety and documentation practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regulated environment

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience with equipment validation and method validation
- Familiarity with environmental sample analysis and audit readiness practices
- Previous knowledge of laboratory inventory management
